    Question Family Pc Needed

Hi there i am looking to build a family pc for everyday things. It will mainly be used for watching movies, burning movies, watching football and surfing should be ok for multitasking. I want a fancy case with led lights to look nice in the livenroom, if anyone has any ideas and can keep the price down please let me know. Thankyou

What is your budget? Do you already have things such as a monitor and operating system?

If it was going in the living room Id recommend something more understated than flashy lights.

agree with trig, you don't want flashing lights on your PC in your living room, the main factor would be quietness/stealth.

Connect direct to your 42" lcd or plasma via HDMI and do all the stuff you need to do read the description and the reviews

    Hope this helps

Did you make a decision to build on, or buy a ready built?

For the living room I'd get a nettop. The new Lenovo as stated above is a great choice and will watch HD stuff no problems and do any web surfing just fine. As long as you don't plan on gaming with it it should suit you well.
