Exclamation Razer Lachesis mouse not responding or being detected anymore- HELP!!

    Hi,

this mouse is only a few weeks old if that, and up till now its been working fine. however, once i booted up my pc, the mouse wasnt repsonding. The light on the scroll button is on, however, the logo where i place my palm is not lighting up anymore (it used to glow before).

The mouse cursor does not move at all. when i load the razer software, it says ''NO mouse detected!''

i have tried restaring my pc, uninstalling and re-installing drivers, but no luck, its still the same.

Any ideas on how to get my mouse responding would be greatly appreciated.

Does it work in another PC?

Try switching usb ports or trying it in a 2nd pc to see what happens.

If it is dead then your well withing your rights for a replacement.
Still a bit of a pain to be without your gaming mouse for a few days though.

Well they would either give you a full refund if that was the case. Or i would presume they would let you choose a new mouse and pay the difference if there was any.

I would open up an enote and explain the problems that you are having with the mouse.
