Can you tell me what expansion slots the motherboard has and what the onboard graphics are please?
Also does it have a free external 3.5" bay I could fit a card reader into?

Yeah I would like some information on possible PCI-E slots and power supply as I'd like to purchase this and a graphics card.

Thanks

I called eBuyer today and they confirmed these PCs do have a PCI-E socket suitable for a GPU

I also contacted ZooStorm who confirmed the mobo as a Foxconn G31MX-K

ZooStorm also advised me that the PSU is only 250W however - so anyone looking to fit any decent GPU will have to upgrade that as pretty-much nothing will work with that little juice

Smile Ubuntu

I'd love to see this sold with Ubuntu 9:10 and Open Office 3.1 pre-installed. That would make it the perfect machine for WP, Spread sheets, databases and Internet use.

I see from the Foxconn M/B spec's that this can run 8 usb's but only has 4 at the back and 2 at the front. Can anyone tell me, is it possible to use the spare 2 without having to fit a pci board ?

Default Possible GPU upgrade?

Thanks from me, too. Would be very interested in this for my son but he wants to play games and edit video so would need a GPU upgrade. What do you mean by an "E-save edition", wigwam?

E-Save graphics cards will run on very low psu's i.e 250Watt for a 9800GT E-SAVE

E-SAVE = Doesnt need the additional power adaptors and runs on a lot less energy giving the same performance.

you could prob run a GTS250 E-SAVE on it!

Hello

I was wondering if this system can run a NVIDIA GF 9500GT 1GB DDR2 PCI-E graphics card without a PSU update?

Thanks very much, hope someone can help.

Default Graphics Potential?

How good are the onboard graphics for this?

I want to run Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 2 on it which requires a 256mb graphics.. Will this PC do it? I imagine it can?

Cheers

Default Question/comment about Ebuyer quickfind: 176488

The disk with motherboard drivers on it has not got the drivers for windows 7. No problems except the integrated ethernet has an exclaimation mark in the device manager. I have fitted a d-link ethernet card and this has installed properly but still a bit annoying. Also it has crashed and rebooted a couple of times on istallation of new hardware, ie usb hard drive. Is Windows 7 all it's cracked up to be? Otherwise fabe computer.

I notice that this has a SATA drive in it, would I be able to connect my existing IDE drive to this machine so that I can transfer my data?
